1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI-VA ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AI-VA is a virtual assistant platform that provides:

• AI-powered email analysis and management
• Calendar scheduling and event management
• Document analysis and summarization
• Task automation and workflow optimization
• Integration with Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive)

3. User Accounts

• You must create an account to use our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Share your account credentials with others

5. Google Services Integration

AI-VA integrates with Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive). By using these integrations:

• You grant AI-VA permission to access your Google data as specified
• You can revoke these permissions at any time through Google account settings
• Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy also apply to your use of these features
• We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

• AI-VA and its technology are owned by Progressive DNA
• You retain ownership of your data and content
• You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide our services
• You may not reverse engineer or copy our technology

8. Payment and Billing

For paid services:

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

AI-VA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
